Overcoming Panic

Anxiety is a normal and helpful emotion, and panic attacks are common and harmless – however when we start to feel fearful of panic and panic attacks, we can find ourselves in a cycle that's difficult to break out of. Becoming fixated on avoiding them can become an issue. Fortunately, panic is treatable, and many people who seek help can get better.
