This is good stuff. But I think I need to talk to someone.

If you think it would help to talk to someone right away about your alcohol and/or drug use, call the Alcohol Drug Helpline free on 0800 787 797 or text 8681 any time, 24 hours a day, to speak with a trained counsellor.

We understand online courses aren't for everyone. If you'd prefer to get help another way, check out this list of services, community groups, and helplines here. These services are there to help, so reach out if you need to.

Please be aware that we are not a monitored service, and cannot provide urgent support. If you need urgent help, dial 111 – or contact one of these other services for help.

Special thanks to Te Whatu Ora | Health New Zealand for funding the development of these courses and to the dedicated group of people of Lived Experience experts and healthcare professionals for their guidance and support.
